Sum first two numbers to get the first digit of the result. Sum last two numbers to get the last digit of the result number.

Solution:

2651 = 86 (2+6 5+1)
3342 = 66 (3+3 4+2)
9017 = 98 (9+0 1+7)
6113 = 74 (6+1 1+3)

The correct answer is therefore 74.
